My SimTowers Zip File

Here is a zip file of towers I made in SimTower. You can try them out in your SimTower game either to look at, or since I'm sure you'll be rich enough, to make some improvements. I hope to make more towers to put into the zip file later on.

For some reason, When I tried to make a SimTowers page, and tried to download "tdt" files I put in, something wouldn't let me ("Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site" - Puh-leeze). But when I tested it out with a zip file of them, everything was OK. So that's why I have to put them on a zip file.

Here are 2 versions of a tower I have made so far in SimTower:

oficheck.tdt - Office Heck. Weekend of 1st quarter, 10th year, $7,795,000. 100 floors of almost nothing but office spaces. I lowered the rents to get "red" offices out of the red during the weekend after I completed the 100 floors, then saved the tower. Most likely there will be red ones in the next weekend. I have found that during weekends, that is the time to look at the evaluation map for office spaces. Tenants that are in "red" office spaces during the weekend will leave the next morning unless you do something to get that space out of the red before the next day. In the case of Office Heck, with none of the frills involved like the "medical center" or "parking spaces", this is simply done by lowering the rents. I have found that lowering all the rents to $2000 will keep all of them "blue" indefinitely - but dangit, I'd like the money. So I lower them just enough to get them yellow sometimes. If $5000 won't get them out of red, you'll have to settle for $2000.

ofichek2.tdt - Office Heck 2. Weekend of 3rd quarter, 17th year, $248,122,000. I kept on lowering rents until there were 3 straight weekends with no "red" offices, then saved the tower. There are a few $10,000 spaces left, but most of the yellows are $5000.
